Use: Alerts when the hotline receives a call, voicemail, or backup is needed. Not used for public messaging.
Volunteers opt in during onboarding by providing their phone number and acknowledging participation in the on‑call rotation.

Volunteers can opt out at any time by contacting info@socohlc.org. Standard keywords are supported: send STOP to stop; send HELP for help.
Message frequency varies with call volume. No purchase required. Message and data rates may apply.
